The rules

What is fixed forever

Written at launch, and fixed for good once any upgrade window it has closes.

A launch decides everything about itself once, and then nobody can decide it again: not the creator, not a holder, and not us. The one exception is a token made on v2.5 before 6 October 2026 at 16:14 UTC, and only until that moment.

Everything on the left was written into the contract when the token was made, and there is no method anywhere that changes it — not for the creator, and not for us. A token made in the first week of v2.5 is fixed like this once its upgrade window closes; until then the platform can replace its code. The one thing on the right moves only under the takeover rules.

There is no admin switch. A token's account holds no key, so nobody can sign for it. There is one upgrade path, and it closes. A token made on v2.5 before 6 October 2026 at 16:14 UTC can have its code replaced by the platform, through the factory, until that moment. New code could change anything about that token, its tax, its split, its pool and its supply included, so until then none of this page holds for it as a property of its code. Every replacement is recorded on chain. After that moment, and for every other token from its first day, what it runs is what it runs on its last.

A token copies its pair's terms when it is created: the reserve, and so the amount it graduates at and its market cap then, the smallest buy it accepts, and where its SHARDS burn share is paid. We can change those terms for future launches, or stop a pair taking new launches; neither reaches a token that already exists, which keeps trading as it was. Tokens launched before pairs arrived trade in NEAR and send the platform's whole 20% to the treasury.

A token made since v2.5 also fixes the pool it graduates into, a Shards pool or a Rhea pool, and the terms of that pool when it was made: the tax ceiling, and on a Rhea pool the exchange it opens on. Nothing changes those for a token that already exists.

Apart from that window, the one thing that can move is the wallet the creator's share of the tax is paid into, and only under the community takeover rules. It never touches a balance, a rate, the split, the supply or the pool, and it never touches money already earned.

The contracts is the list of what runs this and exactly who can reach what.
